What You Will Do

• Deliver person-centred care across residential homes, supported living, and community settings
• Build confidence, provide emotional support, and help people thrive

Requirements

• UK work eligibility
• Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years
• Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Personal qualities including integrity, respect, empathy, and teamwork
