About the Role

The Brand Marketing Executive will sit at the heart of campaign delivery, supporting the execution of brand activity across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation and delivery of brand campaigns
  • Developing campaign assets and ensuring brand consistency
  • Assisting with content creation across owned channels
  • Managing key brand touchpoints such as catalogues and digital channels
  • Coordinating campaign activity across teams and partners
  • Working with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Supporting monitoring of campaign performance with Social and Insights teams
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of campaign impact

This is a hybrid role requiring typically 40โ€“60% onsite collaboration in Cambridge, with flexible working arrangements considered where appropriate.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in a brand or marketing environment (agency or client side)
  • Experience supporting marketing campaign delivery or coordination
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, podcasting, etc.)
  • Interest in campaign performance and measurement

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in podcast production (brand or personal project)
  • Experience working on campaigns in large organisations
