Job Summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is looking for two Senior / Product Managers to join its International Education Products & Services team.

The role focuses on shaping and delivering customer-focused product propositions from early discovery through to launch and ongoing lifecycle management.

The position plays a leading role in delivering strategic outcomes by developing compelling propositions that support schools and teachers in developing future-ready learners.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams across International Education, including Product & Services, Global Marketing, International Network, Technology and Operations.

You will also contribute to investment and prioritisation decisions by developing and presenting insight-led propositions to the Products & Services Steering Committee.

About the Role

This hybrid role requires the selected candidate to spend 40โ€“60% of their time working face-to-face at the Cambridge office.

The role involves:

  • Developing customer-focused product propositions from discovery to launch and lifecycle management
  • Creating commercially viable propositions aligned with Cambridge strategy
  • Supporting market growth, customer satisfaction, and educational outcomes
  • Working across multiple teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and International Networks
  • Contributing to strategic investment and prioritisation decisions through data-driven proposals
